摘  要:在我国基础教育改革的背景下,师范生专业素养是其核心竞争力。本文以数学师范生专业面临新形式及现状出发,从培养师范生的价值观、师德、建立师范生导师制、实施课程多元化、加强教育实践、培养创新能力等方面探索师范生培养的途径。Under the background of basic education reform in China,The professional accomplishment of normal college students is their core competitive power.This paper starts with the new form and present situation of mathematics teachers' majors,This paper probes into the ways of training normal students from the aspects of cultivating normal students' values,teachers' morality,setting up tutorial system for normal students,implementing curriculum pluralism, strengthening educational practice and cultivating innovative ability.
