摘　　要：《机械工程基础》作为一门专业基础课程带有较深的学历教育的色彩,在任职化教学的改革中,《机械工程基础》课程的教学如何能够真正为后续工作服务,就需要将传统的教学模式及方法进行改革。本文从教学方法、教学内容、教学保障条件的建设及师资力量的建设方面阐述了《机械工程基础》课程从学历教育到任职教育的改革。课程采用了任职化与模块化相结合的教学方式,将学生从课堂拉到外场实习中心,教学方式实行任务牵引式。＂Mechanical engineering base＂ is a profession base course with educational qualifications.With the reform of Post teaching,＂Mechanical engineering base＂ teaching model and method were reformed for subsequent job.The reformations of teaching method,teaching contents,teaching guarantee and teachers＇ ability were represented in this article.The teaching method is post teaching and module teaching.Course delivery is in practice center.Teaching method is task traction.
