摘　　要：实践教学是目前我国培养高素质人才的一项重要教学模式,该模式在工程管理专业中发挥着重要作用。它和理论知识相辅相成,这种方式的教学质量直接影响着学生未来的发展动向。在实施实践教学时,以学生为本,根据学生的实际能力,采用产教融合方式以实际工程为背景开发教案和项目。最终提高学生们的工程实践能力,培养适合工程企业需求的复合型人才。the practice teaching is our country at present raises the high-quality talented person＇s important teaching method,this method plays the vital ＇role in engineering management.It is complementary to theoretical knowledge,and the quality of this approach directly influences the future trend of the students.In the practice teaching,are considered key points of the teaching methods and effects,put more effort on related issues,to find a scientific and reasonable way,to avoid the impact factors of the practice teaching,as far as possible to build a complete set of practice teaching system,and make the theory can practice together,improve their students＇ practical ability,so that students can adapt to the society,to create high-quality talent.
