摘　　要：基于人才培养方案,坚持"聚焦指挥、服务兵种、技指复合"的课程目标指向,针对创新专用实验室的建设进行研究,使其适用于创新精神和实践能力的培养,充分发挥实验室在创新人才培养中的关键作用。In this paper,based on the talent training scheme,adhere to the ＂focus on command,service arms,technical composite＂ of the curriculum target,we study the construction of innovation laboratory,which is suitable for cultivation of innovation spirit and practice ability,fully play a key role in the cultivation of innovative talents in the laboratory.
