摘　　要：困境:用义务本位的道德思维来培育法治思维;用抽象性的思维来培育具体的法治思维;渴求学习法律的愿望与高校法学专业教师不足的困境。对策:创新教材内容,构建法治思维通识培育机制;与社区链接,创建法治思维实践培育机制;"互联网+"创新法治思维网络培育新机制。The difficuhies：using moral thought of obligation standard to foster the rule of law thinking;fostering the rule of law thinking with abstract thought;the desire of studing law and the shortage of law teachers. Countermeasures： We should innovate the content of the teaching materials and build a mechanism for the cultivation of general knowledge through the rule of law. Link with the community,establing the mechanism rule of law thinking training. ＂Internet plus＂ innovation network mechanism to cultivate new thinking of the rule of law.
