摘　　要：目的:讨论CO_2激光联合Q-开关Nd:YAG激光治疗头面部巨痣的疗效。方法:在局部麻醉下,采用CO_2激光联合Q-开关Nd:YAG激光治疗。结果:5例患者黑色皮疹均消退,色泽接近正常,表面无明显疤痕,效果满意。结论:联合激光治疗头面部巨痣,无需植皮、住院及全身麻醉,是治疗头面部巨痣的有效方法。Objecdve To discuss the treatment on head facial giant nevus with combination of CO2 laser and Q-switch Nd：YAG laser. Methods Treat with CO2 laser combined with Q-switch Nd：YAG laser after local anesthesia. Results 5 cases the black rash all subsided, the color was almost normal, and there were no obvious scars on the surface. The effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Combination of two laser treatment of the head facial giant nevus, without skin grafting, hospitalization and general anesthesia, is an effective method for the treatment of head and facial words hemorrhoids.
