摘　　要：压力气瓶是高校实验室中常用的储气设备,具有极高的危险性,而实验室往往对之疏于管理。分析了高校实验室安全管理的实际需求,结合安全标准化的要素以及气瓶采购、搬运、贮存、充装、使用等环节的相关规定,制定了针对高校实验室气瓶的安全检查评分表。根据量化的评分结果对气瓶管理状况进行分级评定,并分析出存在的主要问题和隐患,为改进安全管理现状指明了方向。Pressure cylinders are commonly used in the university laboratory,whereas their rather high risks are often neglected. Analyzing the laboratory safety management in universities,given provisions of safety standardization in addition to regulations of cylinder procurement,handling,storage,filling and usage,the paper sets out a safety checklist to score the safety level of laboratory cylinders. According to the results of quantitative scoring on the cylinder management status,the grade is obtained. Furthermore,the main problems and hidden dangers are analized,which shows the direction of safety management.
