摘  要:目前,彩虹鱼全海深载人潜水器正在开展。载人舱的启闭机构,是保障舱门正常开启和关闭,密封可靠的关键机构。要求同时具备在不借助外力辅助作用下实现舱内人员手动开启和关闭舱门,舱外人员应急开启和关闭舱门等多重功能。启闭机构还能通过平衡方式减少人力,防止舱门关闭时误伤舱口围栏密封面,并能轻松锁止。本文主要针对全海深载人潜水器舱内启闭机构的功能要求,研究分析启闭机构使用过程中的受力特性,扭矩平衡关系。从人机工程要求出发,给出合适的扭矩要求,并通过试验验证了设计的可靠性和人员操作的舒适性。At present, the rainbow fish full depth manned submersible is caring out. Opening and closing mechanism is one of the key parts to ensure the reliability of the hatch cover sealing, opening and closing. It is a manual operation without auxiliary force. Not only the pilot can operate the mechanism in the manned sphere but also it can be operated out of the manned sphere at emergence condition. In order to prevent damage hatch cover sealing surface and easily to be locked, the Opening and closing mechanism weight is balanced by torsion bar spring. This paper focus on the opening and closing mechanism function in full deepth manned submersibles and researching and analysing the characteristics and torque balance in the process of opening and closing mechanism. Based on man- machine engineering requirement, the properble torque requirement, Opening and closing mechanism are proved the reliability of the design and operation comfortable by the experimental verification.
