摘　　要：乳腺癌是现今最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是女性癌症患者最主要的死因,有数据显示乳腺癌患者抑郁症患病率为10%~63.5%不等,明显高于健康人群的抑郁症患病率。该文针对乳腺癌患者并发抑郁症的病因机制及治疗进展做一综述。Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors and it is the leading cause of death for women with cancer.Data show that the prevalence of depression in patients with breast cancer ranging from 10% to 63.5%,significantly higher than the prevalence of depression in general population.This article reviews the etiology mechanism and treatment progress of depression in breast cancer patients.
