生长因子穴位注射集合功能训练治疗脑卒中上肢功能障碍研究

摘　　要：目的 :探索神经生长因子穴位注射集合功能训练方法治疗脑卒中上肢功能障碍疗效。方法 :选取2015年12月—2016年12月在我院康复中心进行治疗的脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者150例作为研究对象,根据入院时间不同采用随机数字法将其平均分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组(75例)采用常规康复训练治疗,观察组(75例)在常规康复训练治疗基础上进行穴位注射神经生长因子治疗,利用FMA、MBI和IEMG三项评分分别对患者治疗前后的上肢运动障碍、生活自理能力和神经肌肉系统功能进行比较分析。结果 :两组脑卒中患者的上肢功能恢复情况治疗后的FMA和MBI评分显著优于治疗前,存在着统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的FMA、MBI显著的优于对照组,存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后的肱三头肌和肱二头肌的IEGM评分显著的优于治疗前,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组中治疗后的肱三头肌和肱二头肌的IEGM评分显著的优于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 :穴位注射神经生长因子集合功能训练治疗能够加快脑卒中患者上肢功能障碍的恢复速度,改善脑卒中患者预后,提高患者的生活质量,该治疗方法值得在临床进行推广。Objective： To explore the effect of nerve growth factor acupoint injection combined with functional training on upper limb dysfunction in patients with stroke. Methods： From December 2015 to December 2016 due to post-stroke upper limb dysfunction in patients treated with 150 cases as the research object in our hospital rehabilitation center, according to the different admission time were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group （ 75 cases ）with routine rehabilitation treatment, the observation group （ 75 cases ） with acupoint injection nerve growth factor treatment, the use of FMA in conventional rehabilitation treatment on the basis of MBI and IEMG were respectively upper limb movement disorder, before and after treatment in patients with self-care ability and neuromuscular function were compared and analyzed. Results ： Two groups of patients with stroke upper limb function recovery after treatment of FMA and MBI scores were significantly better than before treatment, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）; the observation group after treatment of FMA and MBI were significantly better than the control group, there was statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）; the two groups after treatment of triceps and the biceps hrachii IEGM score than before treatment significantly, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）; triceps and biceps after treatment in the observation group the IEGM score significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The recovery rate of acupoint injection of nerve growth factor can accelerate the collection of functional training for patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke and improve the prognosis of stroke patients, improve the quality of patients＇ life, the treatment method is worthy of clinical promotion.
