摘  要:目的探讨长期高海拔暴露对世居者和移居者注意功能的影响。方法采用注意的ANT范式,对在高海拔居住满两年的24名汉族移居者和24名平原对照组以及75名长期居住在不同高海拔藏族世居者进行相关调查。结果对移居者注意网络的影响中发现:高海拔移居者的警觉和控制水平显著低于低海拔对照组,在定向水平上无显著性差异。对世居者注意网络的影响中发现:三个海拔地区的被试在警觉上无显著差异;海拔≥4 200米被试的定向水平显著低于海拔3 700米和海拔2 900米的被试;海拔≥4 200米被试的执行控制水平显著高于海拔3 700米和海拔2 900米的被试。结论长期高海拔暴露对移居者的注意功能的警觉和控制水平产生消极影响;对于世居者来说仅对4 200米以上地区居住的世居者的定向水平产生消极影响,但是执行控制水平提高,视作一种缺氧的补偿机制。Objective To explore the influence of Long-term high altitude exposure on attention network in the immigrants and the aborigines.Methods We used the ANT to investigate 24 Han migrants who lived in high altitude for 2 years and 24 Han people who live in sea level area as control and 75 Tibetan aborigines long-term living in different high-altitude inTibet.Results At the high altitude, the influence on the attention network in migrant, we found that the high altitude group's alerting and executive function were significantly lower than that of the low alti- tude group.There was no significant difference in orienting function between high altitude group and low altitude group.At the high altitude, influence of the attention network on aborigines ,we found that there was no significant difference in alerting function among three different altitude ; the function of orienting in the altitude above 4 200 m was significantly lower than that of altitude 3 700 m and 2 900 m;the executive function in altitude above 4 200 m was significantly higher than that of altitude at 3 700 m and 2 900 m.Conclusion Long-term high altitude exposure has a negative impact on the alerting and executive functionof immigrants.The function of orienting in aborigines,we found that only at the altitude above 4 200 m is decreased.while their executive control ability is increased, so we think which is a compensation mechanism for hypoxia.
