摘　　要：长链非编码RNA（long non—coding RNAs，LncRNAs）为一类由长度超过200核苷酸构成，并且不具有编码蛋白质功能的RNA总称。近些年研究发现LncRNA在各类肿瘤相关疾病中均有不同意义的重要作用。并且随着LncRNA的逐渐深入的研究，发现LncRNA相关基因与脑胶质瘤肿瘤细胞的增殖，凋亡及侵袭转移等密切相关。Long non-coding RNAs （LncRNAs） are a class of RNAs that are composed of more than 200 nucleotides in length, which do not have the function of encoding protein. In recent years, LncRNA has been found to play a significant role in various tumor-related diseases. LncRNA-related gene is closely related to the proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis of glioma cells.
