摘 要:将5株溶藻菌的上清液分别与微拟球藻进行混合,通过微藻细胞叶绿素a的去除率、溶藻率、以及藻细胞油脂提取量,来研究溶藻菌对微藻细胞破碎和油脂提取效果的影响。研究结果表明:5株溶藻菌的上清液对微藻细胞均具有良好的破碎效果,其中,对微藻细胞叶绿素a去除率的大小依次为Kordia sp.(46.6%)>Aeromona hydrophila(45.8%)>Bowmanella denitrificans(45.6%)>Pseudomonas flurescens(45.1%)>Bacillus cirulans(40.0%);对微藻细胞溶藻率的大小依次为K.sp.(66%)>A.hydrophila(63%)>B.denitrificans(60%)>P.flurescens(55%)>B.cirulans(52%);K.sp.,P.flurescens,A.hydrophila,B.cirulans,B.denitrificans的油脂提取量分别为0.077,0.070,0.066,0.061,0.053 g/L,比对照组(0.040 g/L)分别提高了92.5%,75.0%,65.0%,52.5%,32.5%。气相色谱分析结果表明,溶藻前后微藻油脂的脂肪酸成分没发生改变,仅在含量分布上有所不同。在该研究中,Kordia sp.不仅具有良好的细胞破碎效果,且油脂提取量最高,是5株溶藻菌中最具应用潜力的菌株。The supernatants of five strains of algicidal bacteria of Kordia sp., Bowmanella denitrificans, Aeromona hydrophila, Pseudomonas flurescens, and Bacillus cirulans were evaluated against microalgae Nannochloropsis sp. with cell disruption and oil extraction through the determination of chlorophyll a, algicidal rate and oil extraction rate. The results showed that the five strains of bacteria had good effects on the cell disruption and oil extraction. The removal rate of chlorophyll a of K.sp., A.hydrophila, B.denitrificans, P.flurescens, B.cirulans was 46.6%, 45.8%,45.6%, 45.1%, 40.0%, respectively. And their corresponding algicidal rate was 66%, 63%, 60%,55%, 52%, respectively. The five strains of bacteria were further evaluated for their potential to improve lipid extraction from wet algae using a mild solvent(n-hexane). The extracted oil of microalgae with K.sp., A.hydrophila, B.denitrificans, P.flurescens, B.cirulans was 0.077, 0.070,0.066, 0.061,0.053 g/L, respectively. The oil component was further evaluated by GC, and the results showed that the supernatants had no effects on the distribution of components of Nannochloropsis sp.The results of the present study indicated that Kordia sp. was the most practical potential algicidal bacterium because of its high cell disruption rate and oil extraction rate.
