摘  要:目的将人胚胎干细胞诱导分化成的肾前体细胞移植入小鼠模型,探讨其对慢性肾衰所致肾功能恢复的能力。方法将人胚胎干细胞诱导分化成的肾前体细胞移植入慢性肾功能衰竭小鼠体内1、7、15 d后,检测小鼠的相关肾功能指标以客观反映肾功能恢复情况。结果将人胚胎干细胞来源的肾前细胞移植入肾衰小鼠模型后,肾功能生化指标与模型组相比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),肾功能得到明显改善。结论人胚胎干细胞移植入小鼠体内后参与受体肾组织的再生,对慢性肾衰竭起到明显的抑制及延缓作用。Objective To investigate the effect of human embryonic stem cells (ESCs) on renal function recovery in- duced by chronic renal failure (CRF) in mice. Methods Renal precursor cells induced by human embryonic stem ceils were transplanted into chronic renal failure mice for I, 7 and 15 days. The renal function indexes of the mice were measured to reflect the renal function recovery. Results Compared with the model group, the renal function and bio- chemical indexes of kidney cells derived from human embryonic stem cells were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the renal function was improved significantly. Conclusion Human embryonic stem cell transplantation into the mouse make the renal tissue regeneration, can significantly inhibit and delay the chronic renal failure.
