小儿胃肠炎应用金双岐联合吗丁啉治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的：对小儿胃肠炎患儿应用吗丁啉联合金双歧治疗效果进行探讨。方法：选取102例小儿胃肠炎患儿作为研究对象，将其均分为两组，金双歧＋吗丁啉治疗为观察组，单纯吗丁啉治疗为对照组，各51例患儿。结果：连续治疗3天后，观察组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（98．04％VS76．47％，P〈0.05）。同时，观察组的胃肠道感染发生率显著低于对照组（3．92％VS19．60％，P〈0．05）。结论：为了保证治疗效果，降低胃肠道感染发生率，建议临床对小儿胃肠炎患儿应用吗丁啉联合金双歧进行治疗。Objective To explore the effect of domperidone and golden Golden Bifid in the treatment of children with gastroenteritis. Methods 102 children with gastroenteritis as the research object, were divided into （2） group, golden Golden Bifid ＋ domperidone treatment set as observation group, simple domperidone treatment set as the control group, 51 children in each group. Results Three days after continuous treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （98.04%）〉（76.47%）, the data difference was obvious （P〈0.05）. At the same time, the incidence of gastrointestinal infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （3.92 % ） 〈 （19.60 % ）, the data was significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In order to ensure therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal infection, it is suggested that Domperidone combined iinshuang should be used in children with gastroenteritis.
