微信辅助教学法在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用即时通讯工具微信在住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法通过与规培的住院医师建立微信平台,将专业知识、技能操作、手术视频、考务信息等内容通过推送方式发布信息,并以互动交流、问卷调查的方式,采集数据,评价教学效果。结果微信平台在住院医师规范化培训教学中保障了带教老师与规培医师的及时沟通,并能有效的推送规培学习内容,从而保障住院医师规范化培训工作的顺利实施。结论微信辅助教学在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中可以发挥独特优势,取得了良好的教学效果。Objective To investigate the role of WeChat in the standardized training of residents. Methods We established the WeChat platform with the standardized training of residents,the professional knowledge, operation skills, surgical video and examination information was pushed onto WeChat platform, collected data and evaluated the teaching effect by means of communication and questionnaire survey.Results WeChat platform ensured timely communication between teachers and residents,and could effectively push training course,so as to ensure the progression of standardized training for residents.Conclusion WeChat assisted teaching can play a unique advantage in the standardized training of urological residents,and it has achieved good teaching results.
