摘　　要：构建医学细胞生物学与遗传学教与学评价体系。对教师教学工作的评价包括督导评价、教研室评价、学生评价,教师自评;构建形成性考核、阶段测验(或期中考试)、终结性考核相结合的学生评价体系,学生互相评价作为有益补充。教与学评价体系的构建,使教学过程中教与学两个方面都得到了有效的监督和管理。Construction evaluation system of teaching and learning about Medical Cell Biology and Medical Genetics. Evaluations to teachers are given by supervisors, teachers of the same section, students and teachers themselves; Evaluations to students include formative assessment, phase test（or mid-term examination）and final exam, student assessment each other is helpful supplement. Implementation of evaluation system can make supervision and management more effectively for both teaching and learning.
