摘  要:目的探讨体验式教学在神经病学实践教学中的作用。方法选取蚌埠医学院2015级神经内科临床实习学生40例,抽签的方式为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组采用常规教学法,观察组采用体验式教学法。比较两组学生的满意度和临床能力。结果观察组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在病史采集、体格检查、实验室检查等方面均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体验式教学法能够提高神经内科实习生的临床能力和教学满意度。Objective To explore the role of experiential teaching in the practice teaching of neurology. Methods 40 cases of 2015 clinical practice students of Neurology Department of Bengbu Medical College were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was adopted conventional teaching method, and the experimental group was adopted experiential teaching method. The satisfaction and clinical ability of the two groups were compared. Results The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The medical history collection, physical examination, laboratory examination in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Experiential teaching can improve the clinical ability and teaching satisfaction of Neurology interns.
