摘　　要：国家经济结构调整和企业转型升级,对高职人才培养提出了更高的要求,德国所用教育理论有助于进一步优化我国高职教学设计。文章解析了德国"Berlin教学论模式"的核心思想,分析了我国高等职业教育教学设计的现状,提出了高职教学设计优化的主要观念和思路。With the adjustment of the national economic structure and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, they put forward higher requirements for talents training in higher vocational colleges. The author hopes to further the optimization of the teaching design in higher vocational colleges in China with the help of German education theory. This paper analyzes the core idea of ＂Berlin teaching model＂ in Germany, analyzes the present situation of teaching design in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the main ideas and thoughts of the optimization of teaching design in higher vocational colleges.
