天舒片治疗后循环缺血孤立性眩晕合并高血压的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨天舒片治疗后循环缺血孤立性眩晕合并高血压患者的临床疗效。方法收集西南医科大学附属医院神经内科于2015-01—2017-01诊断为后循环缺血孤立性眩晕合并高血压的患者100例。根据随机数字表分组分为对照组和治疗组各组50例,对照组给予改善循环、监测控制血压、血糖、血脂等常规治疗,治疗组给予常规治疗+天舒片1.36g tid,疗程2周。比较2组患者治疗前后眩晕程度、椎基底动脉的平均血流速度及临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后眩晕程度评分较低(P<0.05),椎基底动脉平均血流速度增快(P<0.05),眩晕改善程度(治疗前后差值)、椎基底动脉平均血流速度改善程度(治疗前后差值)较明显(P<0.05),轻度眩晕的患者增多,中、重度减少;与对照组比较,治疗组临床疗效较好(P<0.05)。结论天舒片联合治疗后循环缺血性眩晕并高血压患者可改善眩晕程度及椎基底动脉的平均血流速度,且临床效果显著,可协同控制血压。Objective To investigate the Tianshu tablets in the treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo with clinical efficacy in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 100 patients with posterior circulation ischemia,isolated vertigo and hypertension were collected from our department of Neurology from January 2015 to January 2017. According to the random number table they were divided into control group and treatment group, 50 cases in each group, the control group was treated with circulation improvement, controlment of blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid and other conventional treatment, the treat- ment group was treated with conventional therapy plus 1.36g Tianshu capsules Tid,the treatment lasted for 2 weeks. The vertigo degree, the average velocity of blood flow and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group had lower vertigo score （P〈0. 05）,higher vertebral artery mean blood flow rate （P〈0. 05） ,improved vertigo degree and vertebra-base artery mean blood flow velocity （P〈0.05）. The number of mild vertigo patients increased and the number of moderate and severe patients reduced;compared with the control group, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tianshu capsules combined treatment can decrease the degree of vertigo and increase the vertebral basilar artery mean blood flow velocity. The clinical effect is remarkable and this therapy can cooperate to control blood pressure.
