摘  要:以海洋平台为代表的离岸能量系统多使用燃气轮机发电,可回收利用的余热占总能的30%以上,因而余热潜力巨大。文章从微型综合能量系统梯级余热发电优化设计的角度,将余热分等级利用,用余热锅炉回收高温烟气,再利用有机朗肯发电技术回收热交换以后的中低温热源,实现余热的梯级利用。构建以工程年总成本最小,CO2年排放量最少为目标,以电负荷、热负荷平衡等为约束条件的多目标优化模型,通过典型海上油气工程设计方案的对比,验证了所提方法能够切实有效地实现成本控制与节能减排目标的协同优化。The offshore project uses gas turbine to generate electricity,so the waste heat has great potential,and the waste heat can be recycled more than 30% of the total energy. From the aspect of the optimization design of cascade waste heat power generation for micro integrated energy system,this paper uses waste heat according to the temperature: the high temperature flue gas is recovered by waste heat boiler,the medium and low temperature heat source is recovered by using organic Rankine power generation technology after heat exchange,which can achieve the cascade utilization of waste heat.Then,this paper constructs the multi-objective optimization model,which takes the minimum annual total cost and the minimum CO_2 annual missions as target and the balance of electric load and heat load as constraint conditions. Through the comparison of typical offshore oil and gas engineering design schemes,it is showed that the proposed method can effectively realize the collaborative optimization of cost control and energy saving emission reduction targets.
