摘　　要：高职院校不仅要培养学生的职业技能,还应培养学生的人文素养。电影作为一种大众传播媒介,蕴含丰富的社会经验和情感内容,它为学生人文素养的培育提供了一种可能。法律高职院校学生欣赏法律电影,不但可以学习法律知识,而且可以培育其人文素养。法律电影课程旨在教授学生赏析电影的基本方法,而人文素养的培育具有长期性、开放性、渗透性。Higher vocational colleges not only cultivate students＇ professional skills, but also cultivate students＇ humanisticaccomplishment. As a mass media, film contains a wealth of social experience and emotional content and provides a possibilityfor the cultivation of students＇ literacy. By watching legal film, law higher vocational college students can learn legal knowledgeand cultivate their humanistic accomplishment. Legal film course aims to teach students the basic method of film appreciation.Humanistic literacy training is long-term, open, and subtle.
