慢性精神分裂症家庭照料者心理健康及生活质量分析

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市慢性精神分裂症患者家庭照料者的心理健康及生活质量状况,分析影响其生活质量的相关因素。方法采用自编人口统计学问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)对2014年1月至2015年12月172例慢性精神分裂症家庭照料者和59例健康家庭非照料者的心理健康及生活质量进行调查。结果慢性精神分裂症家庭照料者SCL-90焦虑因子得分、GQOLI-74躯体功能维度、心理功能维度、社会功能维度和总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响生活质量的主要因素为患者症状严重程度、照料者与患者关系、居住环境及家庭成员平均月收入。结论慢性精神分裂症患者家庭照料者存在心理健康问题,生活质量较差,应引起重视。Objective To understand the mental health and quality of life in the caregivers of the patients with chronic schizophrenia in Chongqing City,and to analyze the related factors influencing their living quality.Methods The mental health and living quality in 172 caregivers of the patients with chronic schizophrenia and 59 healthy family non-caregivers from January 2014 to December 2015 were surveyed by adopting the self-designed the demographic statistical questionnaire,symptom checklist-90 and General Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74).Results The anxiety factor score of SCL-90,somatic function dimension,mental function dimension,social function dimension and total score of GQOLI-74 in the caregivers of the patients with chronic schizophrenia were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0.05); the main factors affecting the living quality were the patient ′ s symptom severity,relationship between the caregivers with the patients,resident environment and average monthly income of family members.Conclusion The caregivers of the patients with chronic schizophrenic have the mental health problems and poor quality of life,which should be paid attention to.
