摘  要:针对实验教学中热原检测周期长、不便于开展实体教学的问题,为了启发大学生创新实践能力,以学生为主体的研发小组研制一种可实现热原在线监控的装置。该装置基于热原的光散射特征,在注射剂生产过程中通过密闭管路与生产线对接,杜绝了检测环境中微粒悬浮物对检测过程的污染,实现了热原快速、在线、无污染检测。该装置的研发充分发挥了学生的潜力与创造性,实现课堂教学效果与实践能力的双提升。In view of the problems that the detection cycle of pyrogen is long and it is difficult to carry out solid experimental teaching,and in order to enlighten the college students' innovative awareness,a device which can realize the on-line monitoring of pyrogen is developed by the student RD group.The device is based on the light scattering characteristics of pyrogen,and in the process of injection production,the pollution by the suspended particulate matter in the detection environment is eliminated through the connection between the sealed pipeline and the production line,and the rapid,on-line and non-pollution detection of pyrogen is realized.The RD of the device can give full play to the students' potential and creativity,and realize the double promotion of classroom teaching effect and practical ability.
