摘　　要：实践教学环节的贯彻实施对提高大学生就业能力具有重要意义。根据高校实践教学对经管类专业学生能力培养的实施情况和效果的调查,提出加大实践教学环节的管理与开发、提高教师的实践教学能力、建立有效的检验机制等创新性对策和建议,提高经管类专业学生综合能力素养。The implementation of the practical teaching is of great significance for improving the college students＇ employability.According to the investigation on the implementation and effectiveness of the practical teaching for the students＇ ability cultivation in economics and management specialities,some innovative countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the management and development of the practical teaching,improving teachers＇ practical teaching ability,establishing the effective inspection mechanism,etc.,are put forward so as to improve the students＇ comprehensive ability and quality in economics and management specialities.
