摘　　要：高校实验教学在医学检验技术专业教学中具有重要作用。重视医学检验技术专业实验室建设,加强实验室管理,改革实验室运行模式,是新时代医学人才培养的需要。为适应学科发展的需求,营造了开放实验室的优良氛围,探索医学检验技术专业开放实验室面临的问题,并提出健全管理及运行模式的措施。University experimental teaching plays an important role in the teaching for the Medical Laboratory Technology speciality.Paying attention to the laboratory construction for the Medical Laboratory Technology speciality,strengthening its management and reforming its operational mode are the needs of training the medical talents in the new era.In order to meet the needs of the discipline development,an excellent atmosphere for the open laboratory is established,the problems faced by the open laboratory for the Medical Laboratory Technology speciality in medical universities are explored,and the measures to improve the management and operational mode are proposed.
