摘　　要：总结了高校公务用车管理中存在的问题,借事业单位公务用车制度改革的契机,提出以信息化、制度化、规范化进一步加强公务用车管理的措施和建议,不断规范公务用车购置管理、使用管理和处置管理,以信息化手段做好监督检查,杜绝公车私用,实现公务交通保障高效、费用节约、管理规范,满足高校教学、科研和后勤服务的需要。This paper summarizes the problems existing in the management of university-owned cars ,and puts forward some measures and suggestions for strengthening the management of such cars by informationization , institutionalization and standardization based on the reform of official car system in the government-affiliated institutions so as to continuously regulate the management for the purchase ,utilization and disposal of official cars .By means of informationization for the supervision and inspection ,the private use of the official cars must be stopped ,and the high efficiency of official transportation guarantee ,cost saving and standard management of official cars should be realized so as to meet the needs of teaching ,scientific research and logistics service in colleges and universities .
