摘　　要：药品的管理是高校实验室教学科研中的重要工作,管理不当,直接危害高校师生乃至社会群众的人身和财产安全,后果严重。通过对高校实验室药品管理的重要性、现状等分析,建议高校实验室药品管理,从提高思想认识、合理配置人员结构、科学规范管理制度、加强监管力度等方面入手,使高校实验室管理痕迹化、规范化、制度化、系统化。The management of chemicals is an important work in the teaching and scientific research of university laboratories,improper management directly endangers the life and property safety of university teachers and students,even the social masses,and the consequences are serious.Through the analysis of the importance and current situation of chemicals management for university laboratories,it is suggested that the management of university laboratory chemicals should be enhanced from the following aspects：improving ideological understanding,rationally configuring personnel structure,standardizing scientific management system,strengthening supervision,etc.,so that university laboratory management can be characterized by trace,standardization,institutionalization and systematization.
