摘 要:针对现代汽车节能、环保和轻量化的发展趋势,主要介绍了芳纶的基本性能以及其在汽车轮胎、胶管胶带、制动等部件中的应用现状,芳纶汽车制品的优越性主要表现在高强度、高模量、低密度、耐高热、阻燃等,其大幅度提升了汽车整车性能。同时,对芳纶材料在汽车制品中应用存在的问题进行了分析,并对今后研究热点和方向进行了展望。In view of the development trend of energy-saving, environmental protection and light-weight of modern automo -biles, it mainly introduced the basic properties of aramid fiber and the application of its in automobile tires, rubber hose, adhesive tape, brake components, and so on.The superiority of aramid automotive products mainly lies in high strength, high modulus, low density, high heat resistance, flame retardant, etc., which greatly improves the performance of automobile vehicle. At the same time, the problems existing in the application of aramid materials in automobile products are analyzed, also the research hotspots and directions in the near future are forecasted.
