摘  要:通过建立气相色谱法测定妇婴用一次性卫生用品中的挥发性有机化合物丙酮、苯、甲苯、乙苯含量的最优化实验方法,采样顶空萃取对样品进行前处理。实验比较了顶空在不同平衡温度和平衡时间下的萃取效率,确定最佳的平衡温度100℃和最佳平衡时间30 min。气相色谱检测方法采用HP-5色谱柱,利于程序升温分离四种挥发性有机化合物,在最优化的实验条件下得到良好的线性方程,其相关系数均大于0.999 0,定量限为1.2 mg/kg。测得挥发性有机化合物含量的加标回收率范围是91.5%~97.7%,相对标准偏差范围是1.58%~6.60%。This paper constructed an optimal method of headspace-GC for the determination of the content of acetone,benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene in disposable hygiene products for women and babies. Before the experiment,the samples were pre-processed by headspace extraction. After comparing the headspace extracting efficiency in different equilibrium temperature and time,the optimal equilibrium temperature was determined at 100 ℃ and the optimal equilibrium time was determined at 30 minutes. The method of headspace-GC,with the help of HP-5 chromatographic column,made it convenient to separate all four volatile organic compounds and gained optimum linear equation in the experiment. The results indicated that the relevant coefficients were greater than 0.9990,the limit of quantitation was 1.2 mg/kg,the adding standard recovery rate was between 91.5%~97.7%,and the relative standard deviation was between 1.58%~6.60%.
