摘  要:目的建立超高效液相色谱串联质谱技术(UPLC/MS/MS)测定茶叶中γ-氨基丁酸含量的方法。方法采用超声法提取茶叶中的γ-氨基丁酸,色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),流动相A为0.1%甲酸溶液,流动相B为乙腈,梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速0.3 m L/min,采用电喷雾正离子模式,选择的离子对为103.88→86.67。结果γ-氨基丁酸在5~500 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999),方法的平均加标回收率为92.7%。结论该方法快速、简便、灵敏、重现性好,适用于茶叶中γ-氨基丁酸含量测定。Objective To establish an efficient, sensitive and rapid method for quan- titative analysis of GABA in tea.Methods GABA was extracted by ultrasonic extraction. The HPLC was applied on ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILICcolumn(2.1 mm×100mm, 1.7 μm),and thecolumn temperature was 35 ℃.Gradient elution was adopted, using 0.1%formic acid (A)-acetonitrile (B) as mobile phase, with flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. The mass spectrometer was operatedunder the positive ion mode with the ESI source and the selected ion pair was 103.88→86.67. Results GABA had agood linearity in the range of 5-500 ng/mL(r=0.999), and the detection limit was 1.5 ng/mL. The average recoveryof GABA was 92.7%. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, sensitive and reproducible, which can be used forquantitative analysis of GABA in tea and GABA-containing drug.
