摘 要:针对固体小火箭装配过程密封圈压缩量在线测量过程中因初始点判断错误而导致测量结果错误的问题,提出了一种基于预测—校正的方法来测量密封圈压缩量。基于预测—校正的测量方法主要包含两个步骤:首先,利用拧紧扭矩系数来预判密封圈压缩的初始点,并记录压缩量和扭矩值序列;然后,在扭矩加载完成后,对此前的压缩量和扭矩值序列进行倒序校正,以此来确认密封圈的压缩初始点,根据确认后的初始点来计算密封圈的压缩量。实验结果表明,该方法的测量精度和可靠性都满足工程化应用的要求。For mistake of measuring compressed amount of seal ring due to disturbance of tightening torque in the assembly process of small-scale solid rocket, an on-line measurement approach is proposed based on prediction and correction method. This proposed approach mainly consists of two steps: the first step is that the initial point of the sealing ring compression is predicted by the tightening torque coefficient and the sequence including amount of compression and the torque value is recorded,then after the completion of loading torque, the sequence of compression value and torque value is corrected reversely and the initial point of compression is confirmed which can calculate the amount of compression of the sealing ring. The experiment results show that the accuracy and reliability of this method are all satisfied with the requirement of engineering application.
