摘　　要：地域文化蕴含着丰富的思想哲理和人文内涵,是中国传统文化和中华民族精神的个性化表达,也是继承和弘扬民族精神,培育和再造民族新精神的历史素材和现实养料。依托地域文化进行社会主义核心价值观教育,能确保社会主义意识形态的有效输出,促进中国优秀传统文化的现代转型,从而实现"人格的发展向度与文化的发展向度"的尽可能的统一。Regional culture contains rich ideological philosophy and humanistic connotation.It is the personalized expression of Chinese traditional culture and Chinese national spirit.It is also the historical material and realistic nourishment of inheriting and carrying forward the national spirit,cultivating and rebuilding the new national spirit.Relying on regional culture,the paper is to carry out socialist core values education,to ensure the effective output of socialist ideology and to promote the modern transformation of China＇s excellent traditional culture.Thus,the＂development of personality and the development of culture＂are as unified as possible.
