摘　　要：现阶段我国高层次青年中医人才的数量、质量与广大人民群众日益增长的中医药医疗保健服务的需求不相符合,中医药人才培养机制有待进一步探索研究,师承模式培养效果得到广泛认同。广西中医药大学第一附属医院在总结以往青年医师培养的基础上,实行导师制的?青苗计划?,加强师传身授的青年中医人才培养战略,取得良好的效果,完成师承工作的学员大部分人成为科室学术骨干、业务骨干,个人理论知识、临床思维显著提升,临床实践及服务能力大幅提高。The number and quality of high-level youth talents of Chinese medicine in our country at the present stage are not conform to people＇s growing demand for health care services of Chinese medicine.The mechanism of talent cultivation remains to be further explored and the pattern of apprenticeship has obtained wide recognition.Based on the experience of youth physician cultivation,we carry out Youth Plan based on tutorial system and strengthen the talent cultivation strategy of apprenticeship,which achieves good effect.Most of the trainees become research backbones or business backbones and their personal theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking,clinical practice,and service capability have been improved significantly.
