摘　　要：从德国"双元制"职教面临的困难及我国高职发展面临的困难出发,借鉴"双元制"职教的改进,从政策、舆论、法规、生源、中职与高职、高职与本科融通等方面探索我国高职院校的改革与突破,通过转型与功能的扩展,办出活力,跟社会需求多方面融合为一体,从被动走向主动。This paper tries to probe into the reform and breakthroughs in Chinese vocational colleges in the aspects of policy,laws,students ' sources,vocational colleges and undergraduates,with consideration of difficulties that German Dual System faces. This paper aims at improving reform to integrate with social requirements and expand functions.
