摘　　要：药学是一门实践性强的科学,药学实验则是培养药学创新性人才的关键环节。基于实验素养的构成,分别从实验安全意识和规范行为、环保意识的培养、良好实验习惯和实验态度的养成、团队精神的培养等方面,讨论其在培养药学创新型人才方面的重要作用,提出在药学实验教学和实验室管理过程中提升学生实验素养的措施,为药学实验改革提供新思路。Pharmacology is a science of extensive practice.Pharmacology experiment is an excellent way to training innovative talents in pharmacology science.The paper discussed the importance of experiment attainment in training innovative talents in pharmacology science and presented some tips on how to improve experiment attainment from the perspectives of safety consciousness,code of practice,environmental awareness,experiment habit,attitude and team spirit,which provided new thoughts for pharmacology experiment reform.
