尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能及炎性细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能及炎性细胞因子的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年5月收治的急性脑梗死患者66例,根据患者入院时间治疗顺序,将患者分为对照组及观察组,每组33例。对照组患者采用抗血小板、降颅压及等常规康复理疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础中加用尤瑞克林进行治疗。治疗15d后,比较两组患者治疗前后高敏反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及神经功能评分(NIHSS)。结果两组患者治疗15d后较治疗前VEGF、hs-CRP水平及NIHSS评分均出现明显变化(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗15d后VEGF变化水平明显高于对照组,hs-CRP变化水平低于对照组,观察组治疗15d后NIHSS评分显著低于对照组患者,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林能改善急性脑梗死患者的血管内皮功能,有效减轻患者炎症反应,对患者神经细胞存在一定保护作用。Objective To investigate the Influence of urinary kallidinogenase on vascular endothelial function and inflammatory cytokines in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antiplatelet,intracranial pressure reduction and other routine rehabilitation therapy,the observation group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase on the basis of the control group.15 days after treatment,compare the differences of high sensitive C-reactive（hsCRP）,vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）and Neurological function score（NIHSS） between the two groups.Results 15 days after treatment,the VEGF,hs-CRP levels and NIHSS scores of the two group have obvious changes comparing with before treatment（P〈0.05）; The rangeability of VEGF in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,the rangeability of hs-CRP and NIHSS score in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase can improve vascular endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,effectively reduce the inflammatory response,has a certain protective effect on nerve cells.
