摘  要:目前在电气设备抗震试验中如何合理选用地震波输入尚不明确,电气设备在不同地震作用下的响应差异明显,给其抗震性能的准确评价带来了困难。为研究不同频谱特性的地震波输入对750kV电气设备抗震性能评估的影响,以共振拍波、人工标准波、Elcentro波、Landers波为试验工况,开展了750kV避雷器和绝缘子的地震模拟振动台试验。试验中发现被测设备基频存在一定降幅,选用共振拍波无法达到与设备完全共振的目的。在实际地震波Elcentro、Landers波作用下,不同频率设备的地震反应强弱不一。人工标准波频谱包络性较好,对设备的激励效果较强且稳定。针对750kV电气设备在试验中表现出的非线性特性,通过理论分析和有限元仿真,分析了共振拍波的频率和设备频率发生偏离时对设备抗震评估结果产生的影响,仿真结果与试验结果吻合度高。研究成果为超高压电气设备的抗震试验提供了依据,也为超高压变电站的抗震安全提供了保障。In seismic test of electrical equipment, how to select reasonable seismic input remains unclear at present. The seismic responses of electrical equipment under different seismic actions are sig- nificantly different, which brings great difficulty to accurate estimate for the seismic behavior of electrical equipment. In order to study the influences of seismic wave inputs with different spectrum characteristics on the seismic performance evaluation of 750 kV electrical equipment, shaking table tests of 750 kV post insulator and arrester are carried out using resonance beat wave, artificial standard wave, Elcentro wave and Landers wave. The equipment' s fundamental frequency reduced during the test, which implies that adopting resonance beat wave cannot reach the purpose of resonance. Under the actions of Elcentro wave and Landers wave, the seismic responses of electrical equipments with different frequencies varied from strong to weak. Because of outstanding spectral envelope characteristic, exciting effect of artificial stan- dard wave is desirable and stable. In consideration of nonlinear characteristic of 750 kV electrical equip- ment is confirmed by the test, the influence of deviation between the resonance beat wave frequency and the equipment frequency on the evaluation results of the equipment seismic performance is investigated by theoretical analysis and finite element simulation. The comparison between finite element analysis re- sult and experimental result indicates a good agreement. This work provides the basis for the seismic test of extra-high voltage (EHV) electrical equipments. It also provides safeguard for seismic safety of EHV substation.
