摘 要:针对无缝钢管张力减径过程中头尾端壁厚增加问题,通过分析张力减径机电机动态特性,建立了CEC多级控制模型,提出CEC异常情况的处理方式和使用过程中的注意事项。在生产实践过程中,通过CEC参数的调整,建立了每一种规格相应的CEC数据库系统,使切头尾率降低1.9%,显著提高了成材率。Addressing the problem that during the stretch reducing process, both the ends of the pipe is being thickened, a CEC multi-step control model is set up by means of analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the electric motor of stretch reducing mill. Accordingly, the processing method for the CEC abnormalities and related cautions are put forward. During the production practice, thanks to adjustment of the CEC parameters, the CEC data base system is established corresponding to each pipe size, and thus the cropping rate is reduced by 1.9%, having resulting in obvious enhancement of the yield.
