复方蜂胶口腔护理液抑菌作用评价

摘　　要：蜂胶具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、消炎镇痛、防腐保鲜、增加机体免疫力、促进组织再生等多种保健功效。近年来蜂胶在口腔疾病临床上作为抗炎制剂得到广泛应用。本研究评价了以蜂胶为主要原料,辅以金银花、甘草、野菊、黄芩、蒲公英等辅料的口腔护理液的抑菌效果。结果显示,该口腔护理剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑制效果显著。通过与市场上常见的几种口腔护理产品的抑菌性能比较,在不添加任何抑菌剂的情况下,蜂胶产品抑菌性能显著,显示出蜂胶口腔保健品的优势。Propolis has antibacterial, anti-virus, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory analgesic, preservative preservation, increase immunity, promote tissue regeneration and other health effects. In recent years, propolis has been widely used as an anti-inflammatory agent in the clinical practice of oral diseases. This study evaluated the inhibitory effect of propolis oral care solution, supplemented with honeysuckle, licorice, chrysanthemum, Radix scutellariae, dandelion as auxiliary material. The results showed that the oral care agent had a significant inhibitory effect on E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. Compared with the antibacterial properties of several common oral care products on the market, the propolis products showed significant antibacterial activity without adding any bacteriostatic agents, indicating the advantages of propolis oral health care products,
