摘　　要：以高端装备制造企业为对象,基于动态能力视角,分析了生产性服务外包、产品模块化、动态能力与高端装备制造企业竞争力之间的关系和作用机理,构建了一个有中介的调节效应模型.实证研究发现:创新型生产性服务外包对高端装备制造企业竞争力有显著的正向作用,而产品模块化在其中起了部分中介作用,动态能力对其具有负向调节的作用;在产品模块化的中介作用下,动态能力与创新型生产性服务外包的交互作用却能增强高端装备制造企业的竞争力.Based on the dynamic capability view, it took the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises as the researching objects and analyzed the relationship and interaction mechanism among producer service outsourcing, product modularity, dynamic capabilities and the competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, and construeted a mediated moderation model. By an empirical study, it finds the following conclusions. Firstly, the novelty- centered producer service outsourcing is positively correlated with the competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, on which product modularity has a partial mediating effect and dynamic capabilities have a negative moderating effect. Meanwhile, under the action of the mediation effect of product modularization, the interaction between dynamic capability and novelty-centered productive service outsourcing strengthenes the competitiveness of high- end equipment manufacturing enterprises.
