摘 要:在直接转矩控制系统中,电机定子电流存在均匀噪声和直流干扰,均匀噪声和直流干扰严重影响定子磁链准确估算,导致定子磁链波动,电磁转矩脉动大,转速出现偏差。因此提出一种可以有效削弱均匀噪声和直流分量改进的磁链观测模型,改进的磁链观测模型由改进传统的饱和反馈磁链观测模型和跟踪微分器组合而成,改进传统的饱和反馈磁链观测模型把传统磁链观测模型中饱和反馈的改进积分器改变成加有补偿环节的低通滤波器。通过加改进的磁链观测模型直接转矩控制系统与传统的磁链观测模型直接转矩控制系统理论分析和仿真对比,说明改进的磁链观测模型对直流分量和均匀噪声有较好的抑制作用,使定子电流平滑,定子磁链近似标准圆,减小转矩脉动,转速平稳精准,提高交流电机直接转矩控制系统稳态性能。In direct torque control system, there is uniform noise and DC interference in the stator current of the motor, the accurate estimation of the stator flux is affected by the uniform noise and the DC interference, resulting in fluctuant n stator flux, rippled electromagnetic torque and unstable speed. A flux observation model which can effectively reduce the noise and DC component is proposed. The improved flux observation model is composed of an improved traditional saturation feedback flux observation model and a tracking differential device, and the improved traditional saturated feedback flux model improves the traditional integrator flux model of saturated feedback changes with low pass filter compensation improvement. The direct torque control system with traditional flux observation model and the direct torque control system with improved the flux observation model were analysed theoretically and compared with the simulation results. It shows that the improved stator flux observation model has a better inhibitory effect on the DC component and the uniform noise, the stator current is smooth, the stator flux is approximate circle, which reduces the electromagnetic torque ripple, stabilizes the speed and accurate, and improves the steady - state performance direct torque control system.
