摘 要:为了测试汽车不同行驶工况下车内噪音分布情况,以某品牌汽车B62为试验样车,分别在整车半消声室、吸隔声试验室、结构模态试验室的室内测试环境和柏油路面的室外测试环境下,以怠速、匀速、加速工况测得车内不同测点位置的噪音值,得到了车内噪声的分布规律.针对不同工况所表现出来的噪音差异,采用了与工况相对应的降噪措施.结果表明:通过增加燃油脉动阻尼器、增加顶棚结构刚度,添加麻纤维吸声材料、动力总成后悬置改制的方法,有效地降低了车内噪音,对改善汽车品质和提高汽车产品的竞争力具有重要意义.In order to test the distribution of the in-car noise under different driving conditions,a brand car B62 is taken as an experimental vehicle. In different testing environment such as the semi-anechoic chamber,the sound absorption and insulation test room,the structural modal laboratory and the asphalt road,the noise values at different measuring points in the car are measured at idle speed,uniform speed and acceleration condition respectively. The distribution of the in-car noise is obtained. According to the noise characteristics of each working condition,the corresponding measures of the noise reduction are adopted. The results show that the in-car noise is effectively reduced by installing the fuel pulsation damper,by improving the ceiling structure stiffness,by adding the hemp fiber sound-absorbing material and by redesigning the powertrain mounting scheme. It is of great significance to improve the quality of the car and to enhance the competitiveness of automotive products.
