摘  要:为了提高曲轴疲劳极限从而达到提高曲轴使用寿命的目的,本文主要是选用三种曲轴复合强化工艺进行对比试验,通过试验结果分析来探讨曲轴强化工艺对提高曲轴疲劳极限的影响。结果表明气体软氮化+表面滚压强化工艺对提高曲轴疲劳极限效果最好,离子氮化+表面滚压强化工艺次之,高频淬火+表面滚压强化工艺结果稍差。In order to improve the crankshaft fatigue limit so as to improve the service life of the crank- shaft, the contrast test is mainly carried out for the compound strengthening process of three crankshafts in this paper, and the effect of the strengthening process of crankshaft on improving the fatigue limit of crank- shaft is analyzed and discussed by the test results. The results show that the gas nitroearburizing + surface rolling strengthening process has the best effect ion nitriding + surface rolling surface rolling strength strengthening process is ening is slightly on improving the fatigue limit of crankshaft, the process of secondary, and the result of high frequency quenching + poor.
