摘  要:美国全国教育协会作为美国第一个全国性的教师组织,自1857年诞生至今已有160年的历史,作为一个非官方的教育组织,其为美国的教育改革与发展做出了巨大贡献。在我国,关于美国全国教育协会的研究尚未受到重视,已有的少量研究或以百年叙事的形式进行线性研究、或以该协会的组织性质进行宏观的对比和案例研究,而真正从组织发展角度来剖析协会诞生的历史原因、合并更名的社会动因、以及通过下属分部做出了哪些教育努力的研究较少。在对全国教育协会的会议论文集、发布的报告以及相关学者关于该主题的研究进行分析的基础上,在对协会诞生的历史原因、合并更名的社会动因、以及下属分部变化情况进行概述的基础上,重点探讨协会在早期通过成立各种专门委员会对美国初等教育、中等教育、高等教育、农村教育、师范教育和印第安人教育作出的教育努力与贡献。The National Education Association (NEA) of the United States is the first national teachers' association of the United States. It was founded in 1857, and has a history of 160 years. As a non governmental education organization, it has made significant contributions to education reforms and development of the United States. In China, little attention has been paid to the study of the NEA. Among the small number of existing works, some are longitudinal studies based on the narratives of a hundred years' history, and some are either macro comparative studies or micro case studies based on the nature of this association. But very few studies analyzed the historical reason for its founding, the social motivation of its combination and change of name, and the education efforts of its branches. Based on the analyses of the conference proceedings, published reports and previous studies of NEA, this paper summarizes the historical reason for its founding, the social motivation of its combination and change of name, and the education efforts of its branches, Based on this, the paper focuses on the education contributions and efforts the association has made to teacher education, and elementary education, secondary education, higher education, rural education, Indian education, by establishing various special committees in its early years.
