摘　　要：本文以一起涉及患者知情同意权的医疗纠纷案为例,从过错、损害后果、因果关系及是否存在知情权的限制等方面进行了梳理和分析,认为医务人员在诊疗工作过程中应该切实尊重患者的知情同意和选择权。This paper through legal comment and analysis on medical dispute of laryngeal cancer surgery patient and legal combing and analysis in fault, consequence, causality and the existence of the patient informed consent which changing operation method in operation, the case warn medical staff in the process of diagnosis and treatment work who should abandon medical patriarchal ideas and respect the patient＇s right of informed consent.
