摘　　要：本文针对新形势下,监督抽查工作中常见的抽样问题进行了分析,并从抽样人员资质、抽样场所、抽样设备、网购商品监管和样品确认等多个方面应注意的问题和工作要点进行了探讨,为进一步提升监督抽查工作的有效性提供参考。This paper analyzes the common sampling problems in supervision and spot inspection under new situation, and discusses the key points of sampling staff qualification, sampling site, sampling equipment, on-line shopping goods supervision, sampling confirmation, and etc., which provides references for improving the effectiveness of supervision and spot inspection.
