摘　　要：目的:通过比较术前和术后的性功能和满意度改变,评价阴茎部分切除术对阴茎癌患者性功能影响。方法:本研究对25名阴茎部分切除患者进行术前及术后6个月国际勃起功能指数问卷调查,评价患者术后勃起功能、性高潮、性欲、性交满意度及性生活总体满意度。结果:阴茎部分切除患者术后6个月勃起功能、性高潮、性欲较术前降低(P<0.05),交往满意度和总体满意度较术前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:阴茎部分切除术后患者性功能明显降低。Objectives： To compare the sexual function and satisfaction of patients before and after partial penectomy and to evaluate effect of partial penectomy on sexual function of patients with penile cancer. Methods： A total of 25 patients underwent personal interview and were surveyed with International Index of Erectile Function questionnaire to determine erectile function,orgasmic function,sexual desire,intercourse satisfaction,and overall satisfaction with sexual life. Results： The preoperative and postoperative scores were statistically different in the aspect of erectile function,orgasmic function and sexual desire（ P 0. 05）. The intercourse satisfaction and overall satisfaction with sexual life were significantly decreased（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion： The postoperative sexual function of patients is significantly decreased after partial penectomy.
