摘　　要：血管紧张素受体AT1相关受体蛋白(putative receptor protein related to the angiotensin receptor AT1,APJ)和其配体apelin广泛存在于多种组织及器官中,由于其参与调节心血管系统功能、血管新生、肿瘤发生等作用而受到广泛关注。本文对apelin/APJ的结构、生理及病理功能进行了综述。Putative receptor protein related to the angiotensin receptor AT1( APJ) and its ligand-apelin,widely exist in a variety of tissues and organs. They have attracted great attention because of participating in regulating vascular system,angiogenesis,tumorigenesis and so on. This paper reviewed the structure and physiological and pathological features of apelin/APJ.
