摘　　要：核桃的价值越来越得到市场的认可,采摘后的青核桃必须及时高效地脱去青果皮,否则易导致青果皮腐坏、果仁霉变,因此青核桃脱皮是核桃加工最重要的工序之一。通过总结国内现有的青核桃脱皮技术与工艺,分析概述青核桃脱皮装备的研究现状,提出我国青核桃脱皮装备发展的方向及趋势,为青核桃脱皮装备的进一步改进和研制提供参考。The value of walnut is getting more and more recognized by the market, the post-harvest green walnut must be peeled timely and efficiently,otherwise easily lead to green peel rot and the nuts mildew,so green walnut peeling is one of the most important steps in walnut processing. The paper summarized the existing peeling technology of green walnut and expounded the status quo of green walnut peeling equipment and pointed out development direction and tendency of green walnut peeling equipment. This text provided references and suggestions for further improvement and development of green walnut peeling equipment.
